Program Description

VR Creative Group operates an internal SMS notification system used solely by the business owner. The system delivers automated reminders, show logistics, invoice notifications, and operational alerts from the VR Creative Group business management dashboard to the owner’s mobile phone. This program is not used to send messages to clients, customers, contractors, or performers.

How to Opt In

The business owner opts in by texting START to +1 (615) 294-6961. By sending START to this number, the user consents to receive automated SMS messages from VR Creative Group, LLC.

Message Types

• Show roster confirmations and event logistics
• Schedule updates and load-in details
• Invoice delivery and payment notifications
• Internal operational alerts

Message Frequency

Up to 5 messages per day, depending on business activity.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. VR Creative Group does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
